摘要
目的：建立HPLC法测定桃红前列康丸中丹参酮ⅡA含量的方法。方法：采用Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱，甲醇—水（75：25）为流动相；流速0.6ml＆#8226;min-1；检测波长270nm。结果：丹参酮ⅡA在17.2~154.8μｇ范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9998），平均回收率为98.48%，RSD=1.02%（n=6）。结论：本方法操作简便，专属性强，结果准确，可用于桃红前列康丸的质量控制。
Objective： To establish a HPLC method to determination of Tanshinone Ⅱ A in taohongqianliekang pill. Method： The chromatographic system consisted of C18column,using methanol -waters（75 ： 25） as mobile phase.The content was detected at a waveleng of 270 nm,the flow rate was 0.6ml·min^-1 .Results： The Tanshinone Ⅱ A have a good tincar rolatim in the range of 17.2-154.8 μ g （ r=-0.9998 ） ,the average recovery was 98.48% and RSD=1.02% （ n=6 ） . Conolusion; The established method is accuracy ,sensitive and simple.It can be used for quality control of taohongqianliekang pill.
