米非司酮和中药贯序给药治疗异位妊娠81例临床分析

目的：探讨米非司酮和中药贯序给药的方法，在异位妊娠保守治疗中的作用。方法：将我院收治的以米非司酮结合中药贯序给药的方法保守治疗81例异位妊娠患者进行临床分析，观察米非司酮（Mifepristone,Mif）结合中药贯序给药的方法治疗异位妊娠的效果。结果：米非司酮和中药贯序给药的方法治疗异位妊娠81例，69例治愈，治愈率为85.18%；12例保守治疗失败，行手术治疗，占14.81%。经统计学分析差异有显著性（P＞0.05）。结论：米非司酮结合中药贯序给药的方法治疗异位妊娠的效果好、安全、给药方便、无副作用，米非司酮结合中药贯序给药的方法作为异位妊娠保守治疗，有一定的临床意义和应用前景，更加适合基层医院推广。
