摘要
目的：探讨应用经尿道前列腺等离子汽化电切术（TUPKP）加经尿道肾镜下气压弹道碎石治疗前列腺增生症并发膀胱结石的临床疗效。方法：对58例BPH并发膀胱结石患者。先经尿道置人STORZF20．8肾镜行膀胱内气压弹道碎石．用Ellik冲洗器吸净碎石，然后用电切镜TUPKP手术。结果：全部病例都能一次手术成功，清石率达100％，无电切综合征（TURS）、膀胱穿孔等严重发生，未发生死亡病例。术后随访6～24个月，尿道狭窄2例，短期尿失禁4例，增生复发1例。术后IPSS、QOL、Qmax与术前比较均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：TUPKP加气弹道联合超声碎石清石术在BPH并发膀胱结石的治疗中，疗效确切、损伤少、安全。
Objective ： To study the effective treatment for patients with benign prostate hyperplasia（BPH）com plicated with vesical calculi. Methods ： Fifty-eight cases of BPH with vesical calculi were treated with bipolar plasmakinetic technique and Pneumatic lithotrips. Results ：All operations were successful, None had complications such as transurethral resection syndrome, bladder perforation et al. Conclusions ： TUPKP combine with Pneumatic lithotrips seems to be an effective and safe method for patients with BPH and bladder calculi.
