手术治疗合并鼻中隔偏曲的变应性鼻炎 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术+双下鼻甲黏骨膜下部分切除术治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:176 例变应性鼻炎伴鼻中隔偏曲患者在鼻内镜下行联合手术治疗, 术后随访 1 年。按照海口会议标准,评定其疗效。结果:显效 138 例(78.4 %) ,有效 38 例(21.6%) 。全部病例术后短期内症状均停止发作 ,术后 4 周总有效率 100 %;术后一年总有效率 81.2 %。结论:该手术安全、有效并易于操作, 是治疗变应性鼻炎伴鼻中隔偏曲的一种有效方法。。
