中西医结合防治糖尿病视网膜病变的临床观察

Prevention and treatment of diabetic retinopathy with combination of TCM and Western medicine

目的：观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法：将46例非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各23例，对照组采用西医常规治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用中医药治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为91．30％对照组总有效率为56．52％，两组比较P〈0．05有显著性差异。结论：中西医结合治疗NPDR较西医治疗有较好的疗效，具有一定的优越性。

Conclusion NPDR treated by Western medicine treatment has good effects, have certain advantages.
