摘要
本文综述了天然食品防腐剂的分类、抗菌谱及使用条件等。天然食品防腐剂抗菌效果强,不但安全无毒,还有水溶性好、作用范围广等优点。
The article introduced the classification, antimicrobial spectrum and using conditions of natural preservatives. Natural preservatives have great antibiotic aciton ,they are not only safe ,but have excellent water-solubility and large funciton scope.
