Biosynthesis of ε-poly-L-lysine——A review

摘要 ε-聚赖氨酸(ε-PL)是一种可食用对人和环境无毒害可生物降解的天然生物材料。本文以聚赖氨酸的研究历史为主线,对ε-PL的合成与降解进行了综述并预测了ε-PL可能的代谢途径,最后展望了我国聚赖氨酸研究的发展前景。 ε-poly-L-lysine(ε-PL) is a natural biomaterial that is biodegradable,edible and non-toxic toward humans and the environment.Based on the research history of ε-PL,we reviewed the biosynthesis,degradation and the metabolic pathway of ε-PL.We also addressed the status of ε-PL research in China.
