泛昔洛韦治疗发作期复发性生殖器疱疹80例随机对照观察

Famciclovir Episodic Therapy for 80 Cases of Recurrent Genital Herpes: A Randomized,Non-placebo Controlled Clinical Observation

目的探讨泛昔洛韦1日疗法治疗发作期复发性生殖器疱疹的疗效及安全性。方法采用随机、非安慰剂对照临床实验比较泛昔洛韦1日疗法(1000mg,2次/d,共1d)与传统5日疗法(125mg,2次/d,共5d)的疗效及安全性。结果共160例发作期复发性生殖器疱疹患者参加试验。1日疗法和5日疗法的皮损愈合时间分别为(4.02±0.76)和(3.90±0.89)天,症状消退时间为(3.42±0.64)和(3.46±0.83)天,痊愈时间为(4.43±0.47)和(4.35±0.94)天,皮损顿挫比率分别为31.25%和22.50%,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。以头痛、消化道症状为主,不良反应发生率分别为28.75%和25.00%,差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论泛昔洛韦1日疗法治疗发作期复发性生殖器疱疹安全有效,治疗方便。

Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of single-day regimen of famciclovir for the treatment of episodes of recurrent genital herpes（RGH）. Methods A randomized, Non-placebo controlled clinical trial was adopted to compare single-day mothod famciclovir 1 000rag was taken orally twice daily for l day with days method famciclovir 125rag twice-daily for 5 days ） for RGH. Results One hundred and sixty adults of RGH were collected. There was no significant difference in lesion healing time（4.02 ±0.76 days vs. 3.90 ±0.89 days）, duration of symptom （3.42± 0. 64 days vs 3.46 ± 0.83 days）, resolution of all signs and symptoms （4.43 ± 0.47 days vs 4.35 ± 0.94 days）, and the proportion of patients with aborted lesions （ 31.25% vs. 22.50% ） between single-day famciclovir therapy and 5-days therapy for RGH（ all P 〉 0.05 ）. The overall incidence of adverse events was similar in the two groups （28.75 % vs 25.00%, P 〉 0.05 ）, with headache and enteron symptoms reported most often. Conclusion Single-day famciclovir therapy was efficacy and safe,representing a more convenient treatment for patients with episodes of RGH.
