摘要
目的探讨血清IL-2,IL-6,IL-8,IL-12和TNF-α的水平在尖锐湿疣免疫发病机制中的作用。方法应用ABC-ELISA法检测以5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法联合CO2激光治疗的35例尖锐湿疣患者治疗前、后血清中IL-2,IL-6,IL-8,IL-12和TNF-α的水平。结果治疗前尖锐湿疣患者血清中IL-6和IL-12水平低于正常对照组,但TNF-α水平高于正常对照组。治疗结束后,组内血清细胞因子水平明显较治疗前改善(P均<0.05),但治疗组和对照组的血清细胞因子水平差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论 5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法联合CO2激光治疗可显著改善血清IL-6,IL-12和TNF-α水平,从而发挥其治疗作用。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum IL-2, IL-6,IL-8, IL-12 and TNF-α levels in patients with condyloma acuminatum(CA) before and after treatment and its role in the immune pathogenesis of CA. Methods Serum IL-2, IL-6, IL-8, IL-12 and TNF-α were detected by ABC-ELISA both betore and after treatment with ALA-PDT combined CO2 Laser in 35 patients with condyloma acuminatum and 35 controls. Results The levels of seurm IL-6, IL-12 were singificantly lower in the patients than those in controls, while the serum TNF-α were significantly higher before treatment. After treatment, the levels of all serum cytokines above were changed( all P 〈 0.05 ), and no significant difference with controls( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The levels of serum IL-6,IL-12, TNF- can be changed significantly by PDT combined CO2 Laser
