摘要
目的观察以温敏凝胶为光敏剂载体的5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效及安全性。方法 150例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为3组:即温敏凝胶组、灭菌用水组和基质霜组,每组各50例。3组分别采用以温敏凝胶、灭菌用水及基质霜为光敏剂载体的5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣,每7~10天治疗1次,第4次治疗后3个月时判定疗效。结果温敏凝胶组、灭菌用水组和基质霜组的完全缓解率分别为84.00%,60.00%和64.00%;复发率分别为9.50%,30.00%和28.10%,温敏凝胶组疗效均优于其他两组,且复发率低于其他两组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。且3组不良反应差异无统计学意义。结论以温敏凝胶为光敏剂载体的光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效明显优于以注射用水及基质霜为载体的光动力疗法,但3组均有较好的安全性。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) with the photosensitizer carrier of the temperature-sensitive gel for condyloma acuminatum (CA). Methods One hundred and fifty CA patients were divided equally into three groups randomly: the temperature-sensitive gel group, the sterilized water group and the ground substance cream group. Three groups were treated respec- tively by ALA-PDT with the photosensitizer carrier of the temperature-sensitive gel, the sterilized water and the ground substance cream. They were treated one times every 7 - 10 days. The clinical efficacy was analyzed three months after the fourth treatment. Results The complete remission rate of the three groups were 84.00% ,60.00% and 64.00% respectively. The relapse rate were 9.50% ,30.00% and 28.10% respectively. The significant difference of the complete remission rate and the relapse rate between the temperature-sensi- tive gel group and the other two control groups existed (all P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The efficacy of the CA treated by the photodynamic therapy with the photosensitizer carrier of the temperature-sensitive gel surpassed the PDT with the sterilized water or the ground substance. Three groups have good safety.
