摘要
患者女,22岁。双侧腋窝出现丘疹伴瘙痒1年余。皮损组织病理示:表皮角化过度,毛囊角栓形成,毛囊壁可见细胞内及细胞间水肿.并有汗腺导管扩张,毛囊漏斗部周围可见慢性炎性细胞浸润。诊断:Fox-Fordyce病。予口服异维A酸10mg,2次/d,0.1%维A酸乳膏及新霉素氟轻松乳膏局部外用至皮损好转。
A 22-year-old woman has suffered with about papule around armpit with pruritus fbr 1 year. Histology showed an excess eornification in epidermis and keratinous plug. Edema was found around hair follicle wall,with inflammatory cell infihration in infundibulum of hair follicle. Coil gland duetuswas dilated. She was diagnosed as Fox-Fordyce disease. Treatmen with lomg of oral teicoplanin twiee daily and topical 0. 1% Vitamin A acid eream and neomycin fluocet,the lesions faded gradually.
