摘要
目的 探讨超声骨刀在颧骨复合体肥大缩小术中的临床效果.方法 自2010年6月至2011年1月,采用超声骨刀对11例颧骨复合体肥大患者行L形截骨内移缩小术,观察并判定其疗效.结果 11例患者中,1例患者出现上颌窦显露,但无窦黏膜穿通.对所有患者随访3~6个月,颧间距明显缩小,患者满意.结论 超声骨刀辅助颧骨复合体肥大缩小术有助于减少医源性意外损伤,并取得良好的效果.
Objective To evaluate the value of the clinical application of piezosurgery-assisted reduction malarplasty. Methods We hypothesized that piezoelectric device could be useful in reduction malarplasty. Totally 11 patients with prominent zygoma were lessen by a L-shaped osteotomy with the piezosurgery-assisted an oscillation saw from June 2010 to January 2011. Results The piezoelectric device produces selective sectioning of the mineralized bone structures, bone was cut precisely without damage to mucous membrane of the maxillary sinus and dental pulp. No bone necrosis happened and the wound was healed well. It can be used for the osteotomy of the malar bone in reshaping surgical procedures. The use of piezosurgery facilitated more accurate and easy manipulation than oscillation saw. These patients were successfully treated for this new technique: reduced risk of operating injuries. Conclusion It is showed that the piezosurgery-assisted correction of prominent zygoma offers more satisfactory clinical results with a minimally invasive technique.
