自体鼻中隔软骨移植在鼻端整形中的应用

Appplication of autologous septal cartilage transplantation in the distal nasal plasty

目的 探讨自体鼻中隔软骨移植用于鼻端整形的临床疗效.方法 设计开放式鼻成形术,切取鼻中隔软骨,行鼻小柱支撑和鼻背延展物移植.自2008年6月至2011年7月,对216例不同问题（鼻头肥大、鼻小柱短小、短鼻、鼻孔外露等）求美者行鼻端整形术.结果 本组216例求美者,随访3个月至2年,无一例鼻尖皮肤发红、洞穿,未见软骨吸收变形,切口瘢痕不明显.其中,3例感觉肥大鼻头缩小不明显,2例感觉鼻尖延长不够,余者均满意.结论 开放式鼻成形术中应用自体鼻中隔软骨移植行鼻端整形是安全、有效的.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the autologous septal cartilage transplantation inthe repair of distal nasal deformities. Methods Open approach rhinoplasty was designed, and septal cartilage was harvested and transplanted at the nasal tip and nose back simultaneously. From June 2008 to July 2011, totally 216 patients with different distal nasal deformities such as nasal tip hypertrophy, stunted columella, short nose, and nostril exposed, etc, were treated in this study. Results After 3 to 24 months follow-up, all cases received satisfactory postoperative outcome, except 3 cases with subjective insufficient of repair of nasal tip hypertrophy, and 2 cases with subjective insufficient of nose back lengthening. Non case got redness or implant exposure, and neither cartilage deformation or obvious scars were observed in any case. Conclusion It is a safe and effective approach of taking autologous septal cartilage transplantation into the distal nasal plasty of open rhinoplasty.
