多部位大面积共振吸脂术385例临床应用分析

Clinical analysis to resonance liposuction on multiple sites and large area in 385 cases

目的 探讨瑞芬太尼清醒麻醉下多部位大面积共振吸脂术的方法和疗效.方法 回顾性分析自2008年8月至2011年9月收治2个或2个以上部位共振吸脂术患者385例,手术在瑞芬太尼清醒麻醉下进行.结果 本组患者共385例,术后随访3～12个月,除10例出现血清肿、13例术区有凹凸不平外,余者均无其他严重并发症发生,吸脂部位塑形良好,无反弹.结论 共振吸脂是一种较为安全、省力且塑型效果良好的脂肪抽吸术,结合瑞芬太尼清醒麻醉技术的应用,对多部位大面积脂肪抽吸的优势更加显著.

Objective To explore the method and effect of resonance liposuction on multiple sites and large area based on awake anesthesia with remifentanil. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 385 patients received in our department which underwent resonance liposuction with Remifentanil awake anesthesia on 2 or more sites from August 2008 to September 2011. Results After 3 to 12 months follow-up postoperatively, all cases received satisfactory results with nice contour and non recurrence, except for 10 cases with seroma and 13 cases with lumpy surface. Conclusion It is a safe and labor-saving technique of resonance liposuction, which could reveal its advantages on the treatment of multiple sites and large area when combined with awake anesthesia with remifentanil.
