摘要
目的探讨畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)在检测驾驶人员听力损失的可行性和运用价值。方法选择纯音听力测试听阈提高的驾驶人员作为检查组30例(60耳);正常体检人员作为对照组20例(40耳),分别进行纯音听力测试和DPOAE测试,比较两组结果。结果检查组纯音听力测试2、4、8 kHz频率明显提高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(t1=3.669,t2=15.100,t3=8.942,P<0.001);DPOAE下降与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(t1=14.205,t2=9.523,P<0.001);听阈提高,DPOAE下降,两者有良好的相关性。结论 DPOAE测试在检测驾驶人员听力损失具有可行性和一定的运用价值。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the value of distortion product otoacoustic emission(DPOAE)on testing the hearing loss of drivers.METHODS Pure tone threshold and DPOAE were performed on 20(40 ears) healthy adults(control group)and 30(60 ears)drivers(tested group)who have increased audiometric threshold.The positive rate of DPOAE and pure tone threshold were compared between the two groups.RESULTS Comparing to the control group,pure tone threshold results showed that at 2,4 or 8 KHz significant hearing loss were appeared in the test group(t1=3.669,t2=15.100,t3=8.942,P0.001)as well as the decline of DPOAE amplitudes(t1=14.205,t2=9.523,P0.001).There is obvious negative correlation between DPOAE and pure tone audiometry.CONCLUSION DPOAE is feasible and applicable examination on testing the hearing loss of driver.
