摘要
某地下车库穿墙套管渗漏严重,导致地面沉降以及地下车库积水。本文介绍了通过分析渗漏水源及其渗漏原因,确定采用剔凿堵漏与高压灌浆相结合的治理方案,从而解决了穿墙套管长期渗漏水造成的车库积水及地面沉降问题。
Serious leak problem exist in through wall sleeves of a underground parking area,leading to ground settlement and ponding in the area.By analyzing causes for leakage and source of leaky water,a method combining water-stopping and high pressure grouting was used which solved successfully above-mentioned problems.
