在以网络为核心的信息技术革命的推动下,数字资源因其良好的可获得性而引发了高校图书馆藏书建设的变革.由于数字资源作为网络化、信息化的产物,相对于纸本文献而言其成熟性、稳定性、存续空间等都有待进一步发展,因此,开展数字资源评价研究,建立决策模型,对科学规划高校图书馆事业的发展具有十分重要的意义.
