This paper analyzes technique principles and network transmission advantages of H.264.Combined with streaming media protocols(RTSP,RTP,RTCP),this paper has established a live platform of streaming media for the First Financial Web Site based on H.264.This platform can realize live broadcasting and on-demand service of streaming media and give users an unprecedented experience.
