摘要
介绍了电动助力转向系统的结构原理和系统组成。在研究助力转向控制原理的基础上,设计了基于Freescale 9 s12Xdp512的汽车电动助力转向的控制器,通过方向控制电路、电机驱动电路和PWM脉宽调制技术实现对电机的控制,并对EPS转向助力特性进行了仿真分析。
This paper introduced the structural principle and its hardware and software structures of electric power steering(EPS) system.On the basis of researching EPS controller and Freescale 9s12Xdp512,EPS controller was designed.The control of motor was realized through directional control circuit,motor driver circuit and PWM pulse width modulation technology,and the simulation analysis was given for EPS steering characteristics.
