为适应不同机型轮式拖拉机在总装线上总装后的接车下线需要,提供了一种轮式拖拉机总装线用的电控接车下线设备,通过使其设备上的接车台面"平升"或"平降",满足了不同机型轮式拖拉机总装后的自动随线上台的接车需要,并通过使其设备上的接车台面"倾转",满足了接车台面上不同机型轮式拖拉机自动顺坡下滑下线的需要。该设备结构新颖独特,操作方法简单,且自动化程度高,并可大大提高生产效率,具有可推广的价值。

In order to meet the requirement of rolling off for different model wheeled tractors in assembly line,we design a electric rolling off device for the wheeled tractor assembly line.Raising or falling the receiving platform in the device can meet the rolling off requirement of different model tractors in assembly line,and tilting the receiving platform can meet the need that the different model tractors automatically roll off alone scope.In addition,the device has a novel structure,simple operation,high automaticity,and can increase productivity,and has a worth practically generalizing.
