摘要
为了提高脱水效率以及系统运行的安全可靠性,针对微控制器对多路测控信号的处理是采取循环检测的,对于要求高速反应处理的事件(例如过流),不能够及时处理,设计采用了FPGA+单片机技术和改进型PI控制算法完成整个控制器的开发。本文介绍了以Cyclone系列的EP1C6Q240C8的FPGA芯片为控制核心,应用VHDL硬件描述语言输入法实现原油电脱水高频高压电源控制器的设计。通过实验室的仿真测试,证明了方案的可行性,为原油电脱水高频高压脉冲电源的开发奠定了基础。
In order to improve dehydration efficiency and operation reliability of the system,loop check is used to process the multiplepath signals for the micro control unit. As for the events to be processed at high speed(e.g. overflowing),FPGA + singlechip technology and improved PI control algorithm are used to complete the whole controller.The paper presents the design of high frequency and high voltage supply controller for crude oil electric dehydration with VHDL hardware description language input taking FPGA chip of Cyclone series EP1C6 Q240C8 as the control core.Through laboratory simulation testing,it is verified that the scheme is feasible. It laid a foundation for development of the power.
