摘要
采用铁矿粉微型烧结装置对武钢12种铁矿粉的烧结基础特性进行研究。通过分析铁矿粉的高温性能指标,对矿粉的烧结基础特性进行了评价,为烧结厂提出合理的配矿依据,对优化配矿乃至烧结过程具有重要的意义。
The basic characteristics of the sinter sintered with 12 kinds of powdered iron ore at WISCO are investigated by miniature experimental sintering device.By analysis on the high temperature behavior of the iron ore powder the basic sintering properties of the ore powder are evaluated and recognized,thus the reliable basis is provided for putting forward appropriate schedule of ore mixture at the Sintering Plant.It＇s of great significance for guiding optimization of ore mixture and even for the overall process of sintering.
