摘要 介绍了喷号机喷枪的结构和工作原理,分析了喷枪结构及顶针和喷嘴所选材质的缺陷,并采用加装弹簧管以减小瞬间冲击、采用(Ti-A1)N耐磨涂层以增加硬度和抗氧化性能的改进措施。实践证明,所采用的改进措施能明显提高喷号机喷枪的使用寿命。 the structure and the operating principle of ejection gun in printer are introduced,the defects about the structure of ejection gun and the properties of the chosen materials for thimble and muzzle are analyzed and certain improvement measures such as installation of bourdon spring for the purpose of minimizing the instant impact and application of wear resistant coating(Ti-A1)N to increase hardness and oxidation resistance are adopted.Practice shows that the service life of ejection gun in printer can be prolonged by adoption of the above mentioned measures.
