摘要
介绍了能量平衡分析法和分析法,并将余热发电系统分为AQC锅炉、SP锅炉和汽轮机发电系统3个单元,分别建立了热平衡分析和平衡分析模型,推导了一套余热发电系统热力学分析的计算方法。根据某水泥厂2 500t/d的新型干法水泥生产线配套建设的5MW纯低温单压余热发电系统的现场运数据,计算了余热回收热效率和效率、发电效率、以及各部分热损失和损失情况,分析评价了该套余热发电系统的余热转化情况。
This article describes the energy balance analysis and exergy analysis.Waste heat power generation system is divided into three modules :AQC boiler,SP boiler and steam turbine power generation system.The heat balance analysis model and exergy balance analysis model of them is established namely,derived a set of the formula of thermodynamic analysis on pure cryogenic residual heat power system.According to the data of 5 MW pure low temperature and single pressure waste heat power generation system cling to 2 500 t/d new dry process cement production line in a cement plant,the thermal efficiency and exergy waste heat recovery efficiency,power generation efficiency,as well as the various parts of heat loss and exergy losses were calc ulated,the conversion rate of residual heat power system was analyzed.
