摘要
利用CFD计算软件Fluent6.3,采用雷诺应力模型(RSM)计算了4种不同进口形式方形分离器的气相流场及阻力,采用颗粒离散模型计算了不同粒径颗粒的运动轨迹及方形分离器的分离效率等参数。模拟预测结果表明:方形分离器内部除外旋流和内旋流主流外,还存在一些对分离效率有重要影响的局部二次流,如:分离器内排气管高度空间内的纵向涡流、排气管附近进气口侧的短路流及排灰口附近的回流区等。对分离器分离效率的数值模拟预测结果与试验测试结果取得较好的一致,模拟计算所采用的模型和算法具有较高的计算精度,对进一步的数值研究有一定的参考价值。
A CFD simulation based on RSM turbulent model was carried out by Fluent6.3 to calculate the flow field,the grade separation efficiency,friction factor and the particle trajectory inside 4 types of square cross-section cyclone separator with different inlets.The RSM CFD simulation was first demonstrated to be good by the comparison of the velocity distribution between the calculated results and the experimental results by particle dynamic analyzer.Then it was applied to carry out the simulation of the flow field,pressure field,separation efficiency,particle trajectory inside the separation,respectively.The results showed clearly the vector flow field,local vortex,recirculation and other useful information.
