两台全自动生化分析仪电解质结果的比对分析

The Comparison of the Electrolytic Results Determined by the Two Automatic Biochemistry Analyzers

目的通过对日立7600-210型全自动生化分析仪和西门子Xpand全自动生化分析仪所测的电解质(K+、Na+、Cl-)结果进行比对分析和偏倚评估,探讨两台仪器间是否具有可比性。方法参照美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)的EP9-A2文件,用患者的新鲜血清在两台生化仪上测定,应用SPSS统计软件对检测结果进行比对、线性回归分析和偏差评估。结果两台仪器测定K+、Na+、Cl-的精密度好,批内、批间变异系数均<1%,相关系数均>0.975,偏倚均在的临床允许误差范围内。结论日立7600-210型全自动生化仪和西门子Xpand生化仪检测电解质K+、Na+、Cl-的结果一致,具有良好的可比性,能为临床提供互认的检测结果。

Objective To investigate the comparison of the electrolytic（kalium、Natrium、chlorine） results determined by the automatic biochemistry analyzers between the Hitachi 7600-210 type with the Siemens Xpand.Methods According to the EP9-A2 documents of the American clinical laboratory standardization association（NCCLS）,the results deter-mined by the two analyzers with fresh serum of patients were analyzed with the software of SPSS to obtain the comparison、the linear regression analysis and the evaluation of deviations.Results The two analyzers had good precision with CV value of the same items lower than 1%,but the correlation coefficients were higher than 0.975 and the devia-tions were acceptable according to the allowable error of 1/2CLIA′88.Conclusion The results determined by the two analyzers were consistent with good comparability,and the results of mutual recognition can be provided to clinical.
