泮托拉唑联合枸橼酸铋钾与阿莫西林治疗螺杆菌相关性萎缩性胃炎疗效观察

Observation of Therapeutic Effect of Pantoprazole Combined with Colloidal Bismuth Subcitrate and Amoxicillin on HP Related Atrophic Gastritis

目的观察泮托拉唑联合枸橼酸铋钾、阿莫西林治疗螺杆菌(HP)相关性萎缩性胃炎的疗效。方法将经确诊为HP阳性的萎缩性胃炎患者60例,随机分为两组,每组分别30例。对照组患者用奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林、甲硝唑治疗;治疗组用洋托拉唑联合枸橼酸铋钾、阿莫西林治疗,两组均连续治疗2周,比较两组的疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),两组间的HP清除率比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论泮托拉唑联合枸橼酸铋钾、阿莫西林治疗HP相关性萎缩性胃炎疗效肯定,值得推广。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of pantoprazole combined with colloidal bismuth subcitrate and amoxicillin on HP related atrophic gastritis.Methods 60 cases of patients with HP related atrophic gastritis were divided into two groups.In control group,30 patients were treated by omeprazole combined with amoxicillin and arilin.In the therapeutic group,30 patients were treated by pantoprazole combined with colloidal bismuth subcitrate and amoxicillin.The two groups were treated for 2 weeks.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of therapeutic group was surpass than the control group（P0.05）.There was no significant deviation of clearance rate of HP in the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of pantoprazole combined with colloidal bismuth subcitrate and amoxicillin on HP related atrophic gastritis was positive.It might be worth for generalization.
