医用手术线束盒的临床应用与效果

Clinical application of surgical suture boxes

目的探讨医用手术线束盒的应用方法及效果,为规范管理手术线束提供参考。方法将择期消化道手术200例病人分为干预组和对照组各100例,干预组使用医用手术线束盒管理手术线束,对照组使用传统方法管理手术线束。结果干预组器械台上无菌巾浸湿、手术线束混乱比例均低于对照组(P<0.01);干预组手术线束能一直保持湿润状态,对照组手术线束持续保湿时间均<60 min(P<0.01)。结论应用医用手术线束盒能减少器械台无菌巾浸湿,避免手术线束混乱,长时间保持手术线束湿润,提高手术配合质量。

Objective To explore the method of surgical suture boxes and the effects, so as to provide bases to standardize the management of surgical sutures. Methods A total of 200 patients receiving elective gastrointestinal surgery were divided into the intervention group and the control group, 100 cases in each group. The surgical suture box management method was applied in the intervention group, while the routine surgical suture management method was adopted in the control group. Results The soaked frequency of sterile towels on instrumental tables and the ratio of surgical suture disorder in the intervention group were significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.01）. The surgical sutures of the intervention group kept moist always and the time that the surgical sutures of the control group kept moist was less than 60 min. Conclusion Application of surgical suture boxes can reduce the soaked frequency of sterile towels on instrumental tables, avoid surgical sutures disorder, keep surgical sutures moist in a long time, and promote the quality of operative cooperalion.
