外周静脉评估及静脉穿刺的层级管理

Hierarchical management of peripheral vein assessment and puncture

目的探讨外周静脉评估及静脉穿刺层级管理的实施方法与效果。方法根据患者局部静脉及全身疾病情况进行外周静脉分级,设定各级护理人员操作许可权限并成立专项静脉穿刺持续质量改进工作小组,对静脉穿刺技术实行分层级管理。结果护士静脉一次穿刺成功率、患者满意度均提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论在静脉评估及层级管理后实施静脉穿刺,可有效避免静脉穿刺失败。

Objective To explore the methods and effects of hierarchical management of peripheral vein assessment and puncture. Methods According to the peripheral vein situation and overall disease condition, the patients were classified to different grades. The nurses were classified to different levels, which had different operation authorization. A continuous quality improvement team was established and hierarchical management was implemented in peripheral vein puncture operations. Results The success rate of once puncture of nurses and patients satistaction were significantly increased （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion hnplementing vein assessment and hierarchical management can effectively avoid failure of vein puncture.
