摘要
在马钢70 t VD上进行真空脱氢工艺试验。对大量设备性能数据进行综合分析,确定VD炉与在工艺要求相匹配的设备性能参数,分析结果表明,VD炉在确定的参数下能经济、稳定地生产运行。
The vacuum dehydrogenation process was tested in a 70 t VD unit at Maanshan Iron Steel Co Ltd.A mass data of VD furnace had analyzed by synthesis,search out the parametric data of VD furnace,adapted to the process.The analysis results show that the parametric data be requirement for the stabilization and economy of VD furnace
