摘要
在室内通过对二甲胺和环氧氯丙烷进行缩合聚合反应,研制一种阳离子聚合物黏土稳定剂。通过相关实验评价性能。在20℃下,1%浓度的黏土稳定剂防膨率为87.2%。两次岩屑回收率均高于73%。24 h静态膨胀率小于27.5%。
According to the condensed polymerization reaction between dimethylamine and epichlorohydrin,a kind of cationic polymer clay stabilizer were prepared in the laboratory.Through the relevant experiment,the performance of it be should evaluated.The rate of anti-swelling was 87.2% at 20 ℃,and the both of rock debris of rolling recovery rate were over 73%.The static expansion rate is under 27.5% in 24 hours.
