摘要
氰凝是一种聚氨酯类的化学灌浆材料。由于它与水反应速度快,在应用于油田堵水和封窜时施工较为困难。为此,对氰凝进行了改性,探讨了4种改性后氰凝的性能。并进行筛选,得到符合现场施工要求的样品。
The results of using pour point depressants（PPDs） for crude oil in long distance pipeline transportation in China are introduced.The data of pour point depression,viscosity reduction and abnormal point decrease of the crude oils being transported in more than 10 pipelines（over 1 year for the most pipelines） are tabulated and analyzed and tremendous economic benifits are obtained.It is show that both the pump and the pipeline shear do not affect the rheologic behavior of the crude oil above its waxing out point;the pump shear can deteriorate but the pipeline shear can improve the rheologic behavior near the peak temperature of waxing out at special conditions.And the compliance with the screening of the sample of the construction requirements is presented.
