某型飞机机务模拟器测控系统,包括九种类型的测控卡,可以检测模拟器训练场所的开关量、模拟量,驱动指示灯、继电器、数码管、步进电机、单色/彩色液晶屏。测控系统为分布式嵌入系统,具有单卡独立工作的能力,相对现行的PCI、VXI、PC104等总线产品,具有测控通道多,模块化强等优势,为模拟器硬件测控提供了良好的平台。阐述了测控卡的设计方案及功能。

The measurement control system of simulator for aircraft crew include nine kinds of measurement control cards,which can measure the simulator＇s switch,analog signals and drive the led,relay,led tube,step motor,monochrome/ color LCD.The measurement control system of simulator is distributed embedded system,and can work independently.Compared with the bus products,such as PCI,VXI,PC104 etc,it has the advantages of more measurement control channels and powerful modularization etc.Therefore,it provides the excellent platform to measure and control hardware for the simulator.The design method and function of measurement control cards are presented.
