药物咨询门诊运行中常见问题的处理策略

Strategy of Dealing with Common Problems in the Operation of Drug Counseling Clinic

临床药师开展药物咨询时，除要为患者提供专业的药学服务外，还需要掌握一定的沟通技巧，正确处理与医师、患者以及其他药师同事之间的关系。本文通过案例分析的方式，介绍了临床药师帮助妊娠期患者选择治疗药物；帮助多次多地就诊的患者整理治疗药物;接待满怀对医师不满情绪来咨询的患者等具体案例，总结临床药师参与药物咨询的经验，并提出处理常见问题的策略，以期为参与药物咨询的临床药师提供参考。

Besides special pharmaceutical care, pharmacists should possess proper communication skills and build sound relationship between pharmacists and between pharmacists and patients when providing drug counseling. The experience of running the counseiing clinic was summarized through some special cases of pharmacist＇s counseling. In these cases, pharmacists helped choose the medicine for a pregnant patient, manage the pharmaceuticals of a patient who went to different hospitals for multiple times, cope with a patient who have negative feelings for his doctor. The strategy for dealing with these common problems was summarized.
