Analysis and Consideration on the Current Situation of Hospital Reform in China

通过对现阶段公立、私立医院发展情况的分析,提出政府在对现有公立医院进行体制改革的基础上,引入私立非营利性医院的改革思路。分析了实现公立、私立医院协调发展需要解决的投资主体,投资政策问题,并提出建议,如对私立医院的政策扶持,制定完善的医疗慈善投资政策,促进私立医院和公立医院协同发展。

Based on the analysis of the current status of hospital development in China, we proposed a new reform strategy to the government to embrace private non-profit hospitals on top of public ones. We also identified a few problems which is subject of investment and policy of investment. The problems need to be solved in order to make the reform a success. We made some specific policy suggestions, which include governments＇ support to private non profit hospital, improving charity policies for healthcare and adopting a balanced development approach for public and private hospitals.
