印度、巴西和墨西哥的医疗保障制度及其对我国的启示

从世界范围看,印度、巴西、墨西哥等发展中国家通过积极探索,建立起各具特色的、较为完善的医疗保障制度,值得我国借鉴。根据这些国家医疗保障制度的特点,提出对我国医疗保障制度的启示有:法律保障、政府支持、多渠道筹资、统一医疗保障制度的建立和医疗救助机制的发展。

Many developing countries, like India, Mexico and Brazil, have built comparatively perfeetive medical security systems which have their own characteristics. Those systems are worth being studied by our country. According to characteristics of medical security systems of those countries, the article raise the enlightenments to our medical seeurity system： law protection, government supporting, raising fund from various ways, building united medical security system, and developing medical salvage system.
