After reform of electricity instead of oil for the RTG, how to enhance the utilizing rate of the ERTG becomes an important link. This paper analyzes a few technical problems of the RTG after reform of electricity instead of oil, such as safely earthing, thunder-preventing, electric-protection etc., and puts forward solving methods. It introduces in detail the problems appeared in different usage stage and relative measures and puts forward a few innovative measures. After implement, the usage rate of RTG has been raised effectively, which has got good results in power-saving
