摘要
本文结合了具体项目应用实例,论述了现场总线在膜法油气回收系统中的应用。文中从工程应用角度把现场总线技术与传统的分散式控制系统进行了比较,论述了其应用的可行性、安全性、可靠性、经济性、时效性等特点。
With an example of its application in practical project,it is discuss on the application of fieldbus in membrane process oil gas recovery system.In the view of engineering,it is compared of the Field Bus Technology and traditional distributed control system and discussed the viability,security,reliability,economy and timeless of its application.As a node in a control system,the field bus module can be directly connected in Profibus-DP bus and it can be layout next to the controlled plant,so,it is greatly saved the cables and it is easy to install and maintenance.Thus,it shortens the construction cycle and decreases the cost of distribution on site,as well as increases the reliability of the system.
