氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症57例

The Clinical Effects and Plasma Concentration Analysis of the Treatment of Resistant Schizophrenic with Clozapine

目的探讨氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症的剂量与血药浓度、临床疗效之间的关系。方法 57例住院病人采取不同用药剂量,用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)在治疗的第8周末对患者进行评分,测定当时的氯氮平血药浓度,并分析之间的关系。结果氯氮平血药浓度与临床疗效呈正相关。8周内,不同性别患者的氯氮平血药浓度有显著性差异。结论实验室测定氯氮平血药浓度,对临床个体选择有效用药剂量有指导意义。

Objective To explore the relationsh ip of the treatment of resistant schizophrenic with Clozapine between the clinical effects and plasma concentration dose.Methods 64 schizophrenic patients treated with Clozapine.The clinical effects were observed by the BPRS.Meanwhile,the steady plasma concentrations before the treatment of the 8th weekend were observed.Results The plasma concentration and dose show the positive correlation;in 8 weeks,clozapine plasma concentration is different between patients with different gender.Conclusions Monitoringthe plasma concentration of Clozapine is helpful for improving efficacy and adjust in the treatment dosage.
