退火工艺对高耐蚀Galvalume钢板镀层表面结构的影响

Influence of annealing parameters on coating surface of high anti-corrosion galvalume steel sheets

摘要 采用连续退火、镀锌和合金化模拟机制取了不同退火温度和退火时间条件下Galvalume钢板的退火试样,通过SEM、EDS、XRD等试验方法,进行了退火工艺对于Galvalume钢板镀层表面结构影响研究,阐明了表面相结构和w(Fe)的变化规律。结果表明,随着退火温度和退火时间的增加,Galvalume镀层表面α相和α+β共晶体逐渐消失,镀层表面以Fe-Al-Zn化合物为主。镀层表面组织的w(Fe)随着退火温度和退火时间的增加而增加。 Anti-corrosion steel sheet Galvalume samples were manufactured in different annealing temperature and annealing time by a continuous annealing,galvanizing and alloying simulator.The effects of annealing process on the coating surface of Galvalume steel sheets were studied by SEM,EDS and XRD tests.The relationship between the surface structure and Fe content was observed.The results showed that when the annealing temperature and annealing time incresed,both α phase and α+β phase gradually disappeared and the surface of coating was mainly composed of Fe-Al-Zn compounds;and w(Fe) in the surface structure increased with the increase of annealing temperature and annealing time.
