摘要
作为澳大利亚最重要的国家科学基金机构,近年来澳大利亚研究理事会(ARC)和国家健康与医学研究理事会(NHMRC)在建立健全针对受资助研究项目的多层次、系统化的研究伦理审查监督与问责制度方面,取得了一系列成果。本文专门就这一问题展开探讨,以期为我国科学基金相关制度的健全和完善提供经验借鉴。
Legislating of research ethical review of the research conduct is the foundation of protecting the research subjects.As the primary national science foundation,the Australian Research Council（ARC）and the National Health and Medical Research Council（NHMRC） have jointly founded a legal framework of ethical review of the research projects funded by them from this framework,we can draw some helpful experience and reference for our country.
