摘要 目的对高职高专护理教育现状进行调查,为护理教育改革提供依据。方法 2010年1~6月,向在全国范围内按照地域分布抽取的37所护理高职学校发放调查问卷,调查内容包括办学规模与招生情况、学生毕业就业情况、专业课程设置与建设等。结果①护理专业方向设置集中,主要是普通护理、助产专业、涉外护理方向。②教学总学时数2754学时,理论与实践课时之比为1∶1.1。③已经建设精品课程114项,但重复率达61%。④护理专业教师学历层次较高,年龄结构、教龄结构年轻化,专职教师在医院兼职的人数占教师总数的28.07%,专职教师临床进修的时间为平均每人每年51.25d。⑤30所院校具有校内护理实训中心,100%的学校由三级医院和二级医院担任临床实习基地。结论护理专业课程设置与建设仍需调整,师资力量仍待加强,还需要加强护理专业实训条件建设,改善区域发展的不平衡。 Objective To investigate the current status of nursing education in higher vocational schools in order to provide a reference for higher vocational nursing education reform. Methods From January to June 2010,a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the current status of nursing education among 37 vocational nursing schools in China which were chosen in accordance with the geographical distribution. Results The major directions for nursing focused on general nursing,midwifery nursing,and foreign nursing. The average total teaching hour was 2754,and the ratio of theory and practice was 1∶1.1. Totally 114 elaborate courses were established,but 61 percent were repeated. Nursing teachers had high educational background,and they were young in age and short in teaching experience. Full-time teachers who had part-time job in hospitals accounted for 28.07 percent of the total number of teachers. The time of clinical training for full-time teachers was average 51.25 days per person per year. Nursing training center was established in 30 schools. 100 percent of the schools had first-class hospitals and second-class hospitals as the clinical practice base. Conclusion Nursing curriculum should be adjusted,teaching team should be strengthened,and the conditions of nursing training should be improved in aspects of regional development imbalances.
