摘要
探讨重症蚕豆病患儿的病情观察及护理方法。对科室收治的1例重症蚕豆病患儿的临床资料进行分析总结：本例患儿短期内出现溶血,表现为贫血并伴有黄疸及血红蛋白尿,通过密切观察病情,采取正确有效的护理措施,促进了患儿的早期康复。
This paper introduces the nursing experience of a child with severe favism. The key points in nursing included close observation,oxygen delivery,bed rest,diet nursing,prevention of cross infection,oral nursing,skin nursing and psychological nursing,as well as instruction on discharge. The child was cured and discharged after one week of treatment.
