摘要
采用超细晶化的高强度钢板,开发和研制高强度汽车传动轴管,可以极大地提高轴管的屈服强度.使之在承受较大扭矩的情况下确保汽车安全行驶,既能使车身轻量化以利降耗节能,又提高了陆路物流的周转速度。这种新产品的开发,是焊管行业科研攻关的一个重大课题。我们追踪世界同行业的科研动向,通过优化成型与焊接工艺确保轴管的焊接质量达到国际先进水平。填补了国内ERW高强度汽车传动轴管方面的空白。取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益。
The development and application of high strength pipes for automobile drive axle by using superfine-graining high strength steel plate can increase the axle pipes' yield strength greatly, which make sure the safety of automobile when loaded on high torque. It can reduce the energy consumption and increase the velocity of turnover of landway logistics. The development of this new product is an important project of weld pipe industry scientific researching. We followed the recent research in the same industry all over the world and make sure the welding quality of the axle pipes achieve international advanced level by optimization and welding procedure. It filled up the blank of the ERW pipes for high strength automobile drive axle in domestic and achieved obvious social and economic benefits.
