摘要 本文利用数学方法分析了食品微生物生长预测模型,对食品的货架期做出合理预测。食品微生物生长预测模型为估计环境条件和食品组分对食品中微生物生长的影响提供新的有力的理论依据。 In this paper, the predictive model for food microbiology growth is analyzed by mathematical methods. And it gives a rea- sonable Prediction for the shelf life of food. The predictive model for food microbiology growth provides a strong theoretical basis to estimate the influence of the environmental conditions and food components on the microbiology growth.
