摘要 公路水泥稳定碎石基层采用不同施工工艺与方法,上下基层不同凝期,以及层间污染与损伤,均会导致层间产生不同接触条件和受力特点。采用有限元对各种层间接触情况进行力学分析,得出在标准荷载作用下,各种层间接触情况下最大应力与位移出现的部位与大小。其中基层一次成型时,层底弯拉应力最小,出现在整层底部;基层两次浇注成型,层间有污染和损伤,产生部分松散,未松散部分分离时,层底弯拉应力最大,出现在上基层底部。 Different construction technology and methods are applied in cement stabilized macadam base,such as different solidification,pollution and damage between the upper base and lower base.It will lead to different contact conditions and mechanical properties between layers.With finite element analyses,the mechanics under different layers contact conditions,the locations and size of the maximum stress and displacement in each condition under the standard load are obtained.When the base is formed at one course with minimum flexural stress,it appears in the bottom of the whole layer.When in twice-formed base course,the pollution and damage between layers will not generate loose parts.Without loose parts separation,flexural stress is great at the bottom of the upper base course.Calculation results provide reference to the rationally selection and control the construction process of cement stabilized macadam base course.
