玉树地震救援中高原卫勤保障存在的问题与对策

Problems existing in health service Earthquake-stricken area and relevant disaster relief for Yushu

在高原特殊环境下进行的玉树地震救援，救援队伍面临高原环境的威胁，自身卫勤保障面临挑战，其存在的问题是保障观念滞后、准备不足、能力欠缺和体系不全等方面。本研究根据我军高原卫勤保障实践积累和高原医学研究成果提出全面管理，科学筹备，把握关键，体系防护等对策。

After the Yushu Ear5hquake, many soldiers, including PLA men and armed policemen, rushed to the the earthquake-stricken area in highland to carry out disaster relief. The incidence of high-altitude sickness was 79.8% among the rescue team members. The practice showed that notion of security lags behind, security preparation is insufficient, security ability is low, and the security system is ineomplete, and the officers and men are in need of health education specifically on prevention of high-altitude sickness.
