事件相关电位P3和大学生人格的相关性研究

The Relationship between P3 and University Student Personality Characteristics

目的探讨大学生的人格特征与事件相关电位P3的相关性。方法采用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)对20名在校大学生进行人格测定,并采用德国BP公司生产的128导脑诱发电位仪检测事件相关电位P3。实验采用经典Oddball研究范式。结果 (1)在Pz点,P3波幅与内外倾人格维度呈负相关;与神经质人格维度及精神质人格维度呈正相关。P3潜伏期与内外倾人格维度及精神质人格维度呈负相关;与神经质人格维度呈正相关。其中,Pz点P3波幅与神经质人格维度的相关系数显著。(2)在Cz点,P3波幅与内外倾人格维度呈负相关;与神经质人格维度及精神质人格维度呈正相关。P3潜伏期与内外倾人格维度、神经质人格维度及精神质人格维度均呈负相关。(3)在Fz点,P3波幅与内外倾人格维度及精神质人格维度呈正相关,与神经质人格维度呈负相关。P3潜伏期与内外倾人格维度及精神质人格维度呈负相关,与神经质人格维度呈正相关。结论健康大学生的人格特征与事件相关电位P3有一定相关。

Objective To study the relationship between P3 and university students＇ personality characteristics.Methods The Eysenck personality questionnaire（EPQ） to carry on the personality determination of 20 university students and 128 leads brain suggestion potentiometer from German BP Corporation was used to examine event-related electric potential P3.The experiment used the classics Oddball research model.Results（1） In the Pz spot,the P3 wave amplitude was negatively correlated with the internal and external dimensions of personality;was positively correlated with the neuroticism personality dimension and the mental quality of personality dimensions.The P3 latency was negatively correlated with the internal and external dimensions of personality and the mental quality of personality dimensions;was positively correlated with the neuroticism personality dimension.The P3 wave amplitude of Pz was remarkable with the neuroticism personality dimension＇s correlation coefficient.（2） In the Cz spot,the P3 wave amplitude was negatively correlated with the internal and external dimensions of personality;was positively correlated with the neuroticism personality dimension and the mental quality of personality dimensions.The P3 latency was negatively correlated with the internal and external dimensions of personality,the neuroticism personality dimension and the mental quality of personality dimensions.（3） In the Fz spot,the P3 wave amplitude was positively correlated with the internal and external dimensions of personality and mental quality of personality dimensions;was negatively correlated with the neuroticism personality dimension.The P3 latency was negatively correlated with the internal and external dimensions of personality and the mental quality of personality dimensions;was positively correlated with the neuroticism personality dimension.Conclusion The personality characteristics of healthy university students and P3 have some correlations.
