在社会经济飞速发展的进程中,产生心理危机的因素日益增多,不少人罹患或轻或重的心理疾病,如果不能得到及时处理,破坏性心理一旦指向外界,达到极端时就会实施报复社会犯罪。郑民生杀害小学生案即是典型的一例,此类犯罪诱发广泛的社会恐惧心理,频发将严重破坏社会稳定。作为社会管理者,政府应该更加重视公民心理危机干预、生存公平、教育公平、校园安全、受害群体获得赔偿和媒体正确舆论导向等方面的社会责任。

With more and more social factors leading to citizens＇ psychological crisis in the process of rapid social and economic development,an increasing number of people suffer from psychological diseases to some degree.The sufferers would revenge the society when the destructive psychology points at others,unless the psychological problems are solved promptly.The tragedy that made by Zheng Minsheng is a typical case of society-revenging crime.Such kinds of crimes arouse extensive social psychology of terror,stir strong social unrest,and severely damage the social stability.As the social administrator,the government should pay more attention to such social responsibilities as interference on citizens＇ psychological crisis,survival fairness,education justice,campus security,sufferers getting compensations,and media＇ correct guidance and so on.
