摘要
《国家教育技术计划》是美国教育部发布的美国未来几年教育技术发展计划,具有重要的指导意义。自克林顿政府第一次发布以来,到现在已经发布了四个版本。本文将对这四个版本的发布背景、提出的发展目标和主要内容进行比较,以期勾画出《国家教育技术计划》的发展演变过程。
＂National Education Technology Plan＂（NETP） is released by the U.S.Department of Education to point out the outline of the educational technology development program,has a great significance.Since the first NETP version released by Cliton administration.It has released 4 versions at all.In this paper,authors will analyse and compare the 4 versions to outline the development of NETP.
